This is a commision I did for my sister, a lucky break for this 70′s rocker as it was about to be chopped up for firewood! the dark frame has been painted in Farrow and Ball Great White and the upholstery replaced with beautiful muted tones different on each panel, an alternative and cheaper option to patchwork!

Get Ready for big things in 2011
With a whole new dedicated workshop and design studio soon to be under construction for FEiRD Furniture at Fathers Shed and a whole new concept in re-interpreted furniture to include chest of drawers, sideboards, tables and armchairs, 2011 is set to be a huge leap forward for us here at Fathers Shed.
With Andy’s commission for a contemporary reception armchair for Solva Woollen mill in Pembrokeshire almost near completion, our work is fast gaining a very wide audience which is great.
We will constantly be keeping you informed of our latest projects and commissions here on the blog along with photographs to accompany them
